Is Fiberee a registered trademark?

Yes, Fiberee is a registered trademark in Romania, since 2014. It is owned and administrated by Natural Fibers SRL, a private company with limited liability, registered with the Chamber of Commerce under number RO25766330, having its registered office in Haiducului str. 3A, 400040 Cluj-Napoca, Romania.

 

How to place an order?

You can place an order by contacting us.

 

What is the minimum order value?

We do not have a minimum order value established. However, in some cases, to ensure production efficiency, we migth have minimum order quantities.

 

Can samples be ordered?

Yes, we gladly send samples whether they are swatch sets, or samples of items we produce. For details regarding these, please contact us.

 

How does ordering work?

After placing an order, you will receive a pro forma invoice. Because we require upfront payment in order to commence production, you will be asked to send payment confirmation to the customer support.

 

What is the expected delivery time of an order?

In case the items ordered are in stock, the order may be shipped in 1-2 working days after receiving payment confirmation. However, because we produce a wide range of 100% hemp items, and we are usually producing based on confirmed orders, you should ask us about estimated production time when you order.

 

Are the exact quantities ordered delivered?

We always strive to produce the exact quantities ordered; however, we cannot offer guarantees in this respect. We can guarantee though that the quantities produced and delivered will not differ more than ±10%.

 

Can items be added to an order after sending order confirmation?

You may add items to your order as long as it has not been prepared to be shipped.

 

Is it possible to cancel an order?

If you wish to cancel an order, please contact our customer service as soon as possible. Cancelling your order is no longer possible, if production has already begun.

 

When is the final invoice of an order issued/sent?

We send the final invoice along with the packing list of your order as soon as the order is ready to be shipped.

 

Where can the status of the order be seen?

As soon as your order is ready to be shipped, you will receive an email from us that contains tracking information, as well.

 

What to do if the order did not get delivered?

If you have any questions, comments or complaints regarding the delivery of the order, we ask you to contact our customer service. Our staff will be happy to help you!

 

What to do if the order does not match the invoice?

What to do if there is an inconsistency in the delivered products?

Please contact our customer service. We will ask you to send us photos of the order. The customer service will take the next steps based on this. One can make a pick-up order and/or ensure that the correct delivery is made. After assessing the claim, a correction to the invoice will be made.

 

Is return of items possible?

Claims and returns must be reported within 30 days after receiving the goods. Claims must be submitted by sending an email including a clear description of the complaint and detailed photograph. Returns are only possible if our team has given its explicit prior consent. Returns before prior consent can be denied or return costs can be charged.
