Our products offer

All Fiberee yarns, twines and fabrics are dyed, cleansed and waterproofed with harmless substances. For dyeing we use only GOTS-certified fiber-reactive dyes from our Swiss partner Bezema, leader in eco-friendly dyes manufacturing. In order to obtain superior quality, after cleansing our woven fabrics are sanforized, while our knit fabrics and some of our products (for example, clothing, different sort of home items etc.) are ironed.
Before sending the fabrics to the production department or to our customers, we effectuate quality control to ensure that the manufactured product adheres to our quality criteria. In case that some product doesn’t meet our standards, it is sent back for correction. If the manufacturing defect cannot be corrected, the fabrics are recycled.
The production of hemp yarns is also chemical-free. Opposite to hemp manufacturers who process hemp chemically and produce cottonized short-fiber hemp, we spin our yarns with special machines. As a result, hemp fibers preserve their innate integrity with their long molecular structure and inherent strength and durability, moreover we are able to use allergen free yarns when producing woven and knit fabrics.
The production of our items takes place in Cluj. In our factory, that we consider to be the base of Fiberee, hemp items have been manufactured since 1960. This is the location where the spinning and dyeing of hemp twines and ropes, the production of woven and knit hemp fabrics takes place, and here are designed and produced all of our various hemp items.

The hemp that serves as raw material for Fiberee products is harvested in the northern region of Romania, where the natural and chemical-free hemp harvesting and processing have immemorial tradition. Opposite to Chinese hemp manufacturers, we apply only mechanical technology that has two stages known as scutching and hackling. The fibers obtained as a result of this method are safe for human use and environment and are more durable than those obtained with chemical processing.
Our primary objective is to create items in a way that the struggle for environment protection, preservation of human dignity and health prevails in every stage of our products’ life.
In order to achieve its goals, Fiberee supervises every stage of the production. From sowing the quality hemp seeds to harvesting, from scutching to the processing of the hemp fibers, from fiber and yarn production to the creation of various items, Fiberee pays attention to combining ancient and modern techniques in a way that all products may reflect the beauty of natural simplicity.
